In-House-Training
Stabilization Through Movement, Rhythm, and Breath
Our inhouse sessions are structured around three core methods
Decompression – Downregulating the nervous system through guided physical steps of four rhythms, you perceive in your palms alternately
Flashlight – Short, high-intensity movement routines to discharge agitation caused by traumatic memories
Decluttering – Breath-based focus techniques that quieten mental overload after structured written exposure of
Verified Instructors
All sessions are led by certified Aid-One Instructors trained in our core methods. Each participant meets rotating instructors to avoid dependency and support method-based progression.
Gender-Separated Sessions
We match participants with instructors of the same gender to ensure emotional safety and openness.
Booking & Flexibility
Book directly via our online calendar. Come once or several times per week — participation is unlimited and entirely based on your needs.

Aid One
Our Device

Bringing Calm to the Nervous System — immediately
The Aid-One Device is a simple, non-invasive support tool used across Rückenwind sessions. It is placed in both hands and delivers subtle pressure and rhythms designed to activate the body’s calming response.
How It Works
Taxes the overloaded working memory in a good direction and stimulates the vagus nerve through rhythmic pulses.
Anchors attention in the body — reducing mental overload.
Can be used in sessions or occasionally borrowed for home practice.
Why It Matters
Participants report faster grounding, reduced inner tension, and greater readiness for deeper psychological work after use. Mental overload decreases. More control over symptoms

Off-Site-Training
We Come to You – Group Stabilization
for Institutions and Communities
In addition to our in-house center in Aarhus, Rückenwind offers off-site sessions for organizations, schools, and healthcare institutions across Denmark.
What We Offer
1-day workshops and stabilization series (3–6 sessions)
Focused on collective nervous system regulation
Tailored formats for educators, caregivers, social workers, and youth groups
Who's It For?
Ideal for environments where staff or members experience high psychological load and where psychological services may be delayed or overstretched.
International Outreach: Courses in High-Stress Regions
In response to global mental health needs, Rückenwind also organizes short-term stabilization programs in areas affected by extreme psychological strain — including regions impacted by war, displacement, or systemic instability.
Recent outreach includes
Workshops in Ukraine for aid workers, teachers, and civilian organizers
Pilot sessions in the Middle East, focused on trauma-sensitive decompression methods for women and youth.
These programs are offered in collaboration with local partners and adapted to cultural and situational contexts. Our role is not to offer therapy, but to train local staff and communities in immediate, body-based regulation tools that can support collective resilience under pressure.
If you represent a local initiative or organization working in such environments, we welcome your inquiry. Together, we can develop a format that meets urgent needs — respectfully and effectively.
